Ticket system crashing

I'm not able to submit a support ticket via your system. Looks like a long User error message with this at the end:

Hi Railer,

Apologize for the inconvenience, we confronted the temporary database error yesterday. Everything is back in place. You can try to submit the ticket to us again.
