Problem with Purity ii

Hello,

On the website www.imkersverenigingblaricum.nl (J1.7) I use the template Purity ii. Initially it all worked perfect, but some time ago, there suddenly appeared a narrow white bar above the menu and the background of the articles turned white (was yellow). I reinstalled a Back Up and everything worked fine again. But now the problem appeared again, and I dit not changed the template.
Does anyone know how this happens? In advance thanks for your help.

In your template.css find this line of code

#ja-header {
    margin-bottom: 14px;  <---------------change this to 0px
    padding: 0 0;
    text-align: center;
}

It appears to me that there is no such line (margin-bottom: 14px) in template.css.
