How JA Tooltips get to work?

I try to display tooltips with JA Tooltips in a article but it won't work.... I used the syntax below.

{jatooltips [options]}
[title]Tip title[/title]
[content]Tip content[/content]
{/jatooltips}

Look at the screencapture (see attachment). The title is on the screen but when I make the mouseover there is only een little yellow square.... no content displays.

What's going wrong?

Could you let me know exactly the tooltips tag that is added into your article ? also you should post here your url where the issue can be seen !
