It really is an effort in logical reasoning . . . You need to ask yourself WHERE you want to place your new module, and then look through the relative layout block files that make the most sense for where it should go - as well as look through the files for other positions/modules already established within the files ... within the area you want to place YOUR new position.

    Okay, so let's start to work through this logically . . . . .

As I understand it, you want to create a new module position(s) within the content-mass-top position/area ???

This is going to take a bit of time to work through with you - but I'll do my best.
Need to review the Teline IV files first - then I will get back to you with the first of my suggestions.

    Dear Tom,
As per my studies I conclude the STEPS:
    1. search for template positions and Blocks
    2. Copy the block file from JA T3 Core to local template block file and edit for the position we need
    3. Add a position in template.xml available in local template folder
    4.Add some CSS Tweak
    ----------------

Please Let me know your remark
    Need help?
