Applying profiles to homepage

I created a new template profile, with different Desktop layout (right-main-left).
This is to serve only the homepage. The rest of the pages are fine with the default (main-left).

I cannot find the place where I can APPLY this new template profile to the HOMEPAGE.

In the GLOBAL tab, I'm missing the "Profiles Override Settings" (first) section! Where did it go??

OK. Found it.
It's pushed to the bottom left section for some reason - contrary to the tutorial's....
