Sorry, I don't understand your terms and conditions. For example, with a 3 month membership, can I only use the template for 3 months and then either delete the site or renew the membership? Or is it only the downloads that are limited to 3 months?

Concerning your question, I would like to answer as follows:

With a 3 month membership, you can:
Use any of the released templates during your membership period for the allowed domains (3 months - 1 domain, 6 month - 2 domains....)
You can see the comparision chart at: http://www.joomlart.com/member/compare.php
After your membership exprire, you can choose to renew or not and still can use the templates for life.
