cannot install template

I''m tryig to install jazibal template, appear some texts like:
Instalation file not found!

or

Upload new template error

Hi carvi,
Have you make sure that you install the right zip file? People are installing the template without any problem. You can aslo make the installation by uploading the Zibal template folder to joomlaroot/templates
