Link through and maintain modules

Hi all,

News extension works great but for one little problem, when I click on a link generated by the module, none of my modules are present on the right hand side (using the Quillaja template). So it doesn't quite look right.

I have checked the demo and it displays the module on the right fine, so I must be doing something wrong.

Can anyone help.

Found a workaround (hoping there is a better one):

The modules are associated with a menu item, therefore, if there is a menu to the items that you are displaying in the news module... it will link through with the modules as you want them, however, for some reason, the menu items has to be a section list.

Does anyone know if this can be modified to allow a blog section?
