Hi there.

I am trying to do website for my school. I need a component or module that is is emailform where the parents or other can choose from list the name of the teacher and write the message and send.

Anyone know of something ?

This is available in Joomla with the Contacts Manager.

Enter all the teachers as Contacts, make sure you choose
the Parameters "Drop Down" = Show and "Email Form" = Show.

This will make Joomla show a drop list on the Contact page
and an form with Name, Subject, Message and Send button
