Why cant I download any template though I paid?

Hi I sent 3 emails about this problem the problem is but still not solved.

I made the payment at saturday via 2checkout. I login to member site but I cant download anything that says "You must be member" What is this? a game? Why nobody doesnt care my emails?

What a trustness business you are doing. Refund my money If you cant solve the problem immediately.
