JA Header Module not working

Hi, I have installed ja_wistery_artistic template and ja header module. Site/template works - but not the header.
I have followed the user guide - and made all parameter settings - but no Module class suffix as I don't know if it's applicable.
I have tried both flash and javascript header types - and different image folders - but only a grey box is appearing in the header module space when observed via browser. link www.nidomedia.com.au

Found problem - Joomla template and module installation process faulty - i.e. Joomla install from hosting via Fantastico scripts - not the template.

After uploading zipped files - I then copied actual files up to server and overwrote the uploaded ones - and now they all work - including header.

Hope this helps someone else.

Joomlart - beautiful templates - with probably few problems - but please have chargeable support available for when people are desperate. I lost 1.5 days work.
