Remove option for main text image and redirect after submit?

Can anyone help? I only want my users to be able to upload a photo to the intro text image box. Is there a way to do this without messing everything else up? Also, after clicking save I would like the user to be automatically redirected to another part of the site.

If someone could help I would really appreciate it.
