Can't download Files

I can'tr download templates. Also I am wondering if you offer an upgrade price to the developer edition like rocketheme does. Thanks

I can't download the templates, either. I've been a member for awhile, and signed up for the template club last week. How do I get the template downloads?

I just joined the JoomlArt club; I having problem to load the page at http://www.joomlart.com/downloads/cat/joomlart_club_templates/ja_hadar.html . I access all different pages of WWW.JOOMLART.COM, but it would not load the download pages. I am using Internet Exlorer 7 on Windows XP professional. Please let me know what could be the problem.
