Google PageRank and Analytics "site overlay"tool w/ Ja Zibal Template

I'm using the Ja Zibal template with transmenu activated. Have a sitemap and SEO pagenames. Google Analytics "site overlay" tool does not pick up clicks from page links. I get no PageRank indication on Google toolbar. I'm guessing these could be related.

Anybody solved this problem before?
