Any chance to get help for free with an php form from community?

I want to create a form for my website and i want it made with IF statement. quite similar with the JA Contact but instead of text when a choice is made to appear different fields,

Can anyone help me?

There are a fair few forum componnents for Joomla! that you may want to try. Or are you talking about outside Joomla!?

You may get more assistant at http://forum.joomla.org (Ironicly). There are a range of online tutorials for php forms. Just Google them - loads appear. You may be a bit optimistic about this help for free
