Would love some help with 'rounded corners'(module)

Not sure where to post this, but it is a module question... I am trying the great 'rounded modules' tut on here, but still obvioiusly lost as nothing is changing on my site after I enter all the coding in my index.php and CSS..my question I guess, is I was wondering if someone here familiar with this tut (or the whole 'rounded corners' thing) would be willing to help me through it a little bit, there is obvioiusly something I am not getting:-[ I ask this in advance of just putting up a long post of all kinds of coding example of what I'm doing, and asking a big long silly question (wasting my, and other's time) before I know someone is able to help. Thanks guys.:D
