No 'title'-field showing up in frontend

Hello,

I am testing http://www.rugzaklopers.nl/rzl
You can reach ja_submit by
http://www.rugzaklopers.nl/rzl/index.php?option=com_ja_submit

There is no title field. And if I submit content the titlefield in the database stays empty

What can I do about it, don't see any option in the config.

Working on joomla_1.10 en ja_submit 2.1

After a reinstall of ja_submit, problem was solved.
