Why are there 500 unanswered posts from current and possibly future customers of JA going without a reply day, after day, after day, after day, after....This maybe the hardest part for me to understand in the world of JA. And again I have sent another email upon many emails with very simple questions to Hung without an effort to reply. You had me going and I almost bought into the fact that the JA Staff really wanted to make a difference. But without fanfare you have lived up to your past reputation and continue on as though everyone has forgotten.

There are many reasons post show as unanswered in the 'what's new' - unanswered posts bigrk,
I have answered about thirty recently, but most are dead, that is the OP has never came back looking for an update or responded to the thread again. This places them in that unanswered category and some are just 12 mth old posts that I assume should be archived?

Agree there ShannoN, they should put unanswered post's in an archive after a few months. I was about to answer some of the post's with no reply but when i looked at the date of the post i didn't do it

They were all new posts at one time and yes they should be archived now. I did go through a bunch about a month ago and yes some were dead but some did respond and were very happy that someone finally got back to them because they were still having the problem. It just all seems so rediculous to me that no one at JA ever tried to answer these and still nothing new in the area Joomla Staff Volunteers.
