Proberbly the most simple question you've ever got.
But I've installed the Ja_submit component and I can configurate ja_submit in the backend.
How can I make it possible for my user to submit news?
Should I been able to post the component (link) on some menu?

Yes. You should modify your menu:
Go to site administrator, pick 'menu' -> 'main menu' (for example)
click 'new' button (at the top left site) and select 'Submit - Content', then click 'next'.
Type 'name', select 'Parent Item' and 'access level' for this menu.
finally click 'save' button.
JA_Submit is a useful component.

Thanks for your reply!
I've done what you said and I see the link appear on my front desk.
Only when I click that link (while I'm logged in) I got the message "You are not authorized to view this resource."
And that's exactly the same message as I got without Ja_Submit

I figured it out (with a lot of help from you)
This time I didn't add the submit content link but the "component" JA_submit.
And it works! Thanks!

your problem is 'assess level' which you config.
do the following and set 'access level' (who can submit a news)
Go to site administrator, pick 'menu' -> 'menu manager'.
click botton 'edit menu items' (of menu which you added 'Submit News' in.) in the column 'Menu Items'.
click 'Submit News' to edit.
at 'Access Level' item, select level to access this component (who can submit news).
'public' means every one can submit news
'Registed' means only registed member can submit news
'Special' means only members who have special control (editor, publisher, administrator, etc) can do this.
