Hi joomlart team,

i am a member for your JATC and JAEC, i have found any of your extension is not work as they in your demo, so i am so really dissapointed. like Ja Spotlight and Ja Submit. , i have found any problem, and the problem same like the other customer face in the forum, but i don,t find any solution of their problem relating to some extension, because some of them don,t get any solution from joomlart team, why ?

if you are really busy with your design of template , so don,t forget to concentrate of any questions error in the forum, because some of your extension still give us any error, so it is hard to fixed without your leads..so please don,t let the any question staying there without any reply in forum. because we bought it very expensive...

my suggestion for your extension,

if you make any extension , please make their guide document as well, for example Ja spotlight , i don,t find there any guide., i find also guide document in other extension but they are not so details...

hope this make it clears

I have to agree here the JA staff needs to be more involved and not just rely on the community to answer every question. You should at least once a week go through and try to answer a question, any question. Especially the first week after releasing a new template. And especially again you should reply to any and all PM's or request through your contact form for help. I do my best to answer as many questions as I can and I know from experience that you do not answer these.

I too think support is also a JA responsibility, like others, I try hard but more than often, I just don't have the skillbase or use every template/extension to have the experience to give clear definitive solutions, often I have to rely on the trial & error method myself
