When are your templates released? is it on the 1st and the 15th? or just random?

We usually release templates on the 16-17th and 2-3rd of every month. We certainly do take suggestions, most of our templates do in fact fill the requests of our customers. With extensions, you get access to some bonus extensions, however you do not get access to the full list of extensions available in the extensions club. Developer Membership gets you access though. Average response time usually depends on the situation, most of the time responses are made within a couple or hours, sometimes 24 hours. Some people have complained we don't respond, but this was before our huge site upgrade - I can pretty much assure you you'll get a good response time.

I am sorry about the problem with the image verification at Contact Form (http://www.joomlart.com/member/contact.php). Things are now fixed.
Normall we release the template on 16-17th and 2-3rd every month, the coming template, JA Pariiti will be release on the coming Monday (cause 16-17th of this month is on Sat and Sun)

What happens if I purchase a standard template membership and I use a template that utilizes one of your exclusive extensions am I able to use it then or do I end up with a lesser version of the site? Do I have to purchase a developer membership or both the template and extension member ship in order to use the full template? for example I like the trans menu but if I want my site to have that I have to pay at least $50 for templates and $50 for extensions? I do not want unlimited sites as I only need to setup one at this point in time .

I do like what you have to offer and I would like to purchase but I need to know what my real cost is and what my investment is going to include.

If the template comes bundled with an extension, you will have the rights to use it. It isn't a limited version or anything like that.
