editing menu items

I created all my menus and a few of them I linked them to static content option. I linked a few of them to the same static content and now I want to change to where the link goes to. Can I do this without deleting the whole link and starting over?

only when she goes to static content...
if she will go to the blog or component...u must make a new link with preselected species
