Adding user comments to articles..?

This is probably a stupid question but is it possible to add a user comments function to all articles using the JA Teline template?

I am new to Joomla but am very impressed with it and even more so with the templates on this site.

There are much extensions you can implement in your Joomla website for giving users the posability to put comments to articles.
