JA Villadi Software Edition

Is JA Villadi software edition a different template from JA Villadi?.....Or is it that I can download JA Villadi and have to modify it to look like JA Viiladi software edition?

I am after the arrangement of the body part of the template (the 4 sections)

The JA Villadi software edition is based on JA Villadi with another sample demo content. It means that you can use JA Villadi and cutomize your content to have a site simillar to JA Villadi software edition
