JA-Tabs in JA Teline templae

Looking forward to becoming a member of the site but need this question answered first:

What options are available to control the size of the JA-Tabs module in the JA Teline template:

Can it be set to just show a certain amount of words to keep the size consistent?
Can the size of the content area expand and contract depending on its the amount of content?
Can the size of the content area be set to a different, static height or width?

Are these backend parameters or CSS modifications? Are the CSS modifications easy for someone with basic understanding of CSS?

A: No, but as long as you are the webmaster/editor, you will know how to keep the content items short and organized
Can the size of the content area expand and contract depending on its the amount of content?
A: Yes.
Can the size of the content area be set to a different, static height or width?
A: JA Tabs will expand to the height of the longest module
