unable to download phplist bridge after paying

ok, this might sound a little silly, but i've hunted high and low for a download link, and haven't been able to find it!

I've got this right at the bottom of the members area, but none of em are links.

I have joined the extensions club on Monday, received a receipt, logged out and logged in , and I still get the following message when I try to use this link to download:

This location is for paid members only. Join JA Templates Club to download. The following members can download: PHPlist,Developer

I've sent two tickets and gotten no reply - what do I need to do , I need to download this badly for a project with a deadline.
