I've just joined, and in my membership area, I'm getting the following messa:

Attention! You have NOT claimed the License for your domain(s). You will need to add your site URL to the domains list for each Membership subscription so that our system can validate your licenses. Any domain uses JA Templates Club without license will be contacted and automatically reported to Admin.

How can I add my domains so that this message doesn't appear?

Thanks in advance,

mildside

You need to login here - https://www.joomlart.com/member/member.php

Then scroll down and you can see the button to add a new domain.

I've logged in, but I get no button as you described - instead I get this:
Attention! You have NOT claimed the License for your domain(s). You will need to add your site URL to the domains list for each Membership subscription so that our system can validate your licenses. Any domain uses JA Templates Club without license will be contacted and automatically reported to Admin.

JATC Standard Membership - 1 year (0/Unlimited)

You have reached the maximum numbers of licensed domains for this subscription. If you want to use JA Club templates for more domains, you need to upgrade/renew or buy more membership plans at the top of this page.
How can I have reached the maximum number when I haven't claimed any domains yet? I'm very confused!

Has your subscription expired? Your account says Unlicensed Member

No, not expired. I just joined today, and paid a $70 subscription! I have the receipt details and can email them if you like.

I think there's an issue with the system at the moment. I'm chasing this up with Hung at the moment.

Hi everyone

When I subscribed with Joomlart, I chose a domain where to use one of your templates and so I included it in the domains list, as the terms of use say. My subscription with joomlart expired the 1st of May and I have no longer access to edit the domains list.

However, I need to change the site url in which I will be installing the template I chose. The url I wrote down was the one I use for testing, not the final site. Could you possibly tell me how to fix that? I wouldn't like to be paying for a template which is not in a "real" site.

I'm looking forward to your reply.

Unfortunately it is the agreement that once you place a domain on your list you cannot change it. It is also noted that you are not required to license a test site, only when the site is live is when you're required to do so.

I see. I can't understand why I didn't see the note. Am I colour-blind?
Anyway, I'm in again for a year. Thanks for the help

All the best

I signed up today and I too am getting this message. There is no button, link, or anywhere to "claim a domain license". Have emailed support. Just wanted one template. Didn't know it was going to be a headache.
