Problem with collapsedmodules - js conflict

Hi to all!
i try to use mod_collapsedmodules and it strikes. i think that the trouble is following: mod_collapsedmodules use the hardcoded pathes to js (prototype, moo etc), and another one mambot, that works, use that js too, but from another place.
How can i solve it?
