Template for Graphic Design Faculty

Hi, i just begin as a teacher of graphic design (Digital) and the site of the faculty is really bad. I want to know if is there a template just like a mix of Mtv.com and sessions.edu

And what addons (swf galler, flv for video tutorials, etc) will be perfect for that?

Any suggestion are welcome.
