I like most of the designs and am currently customizing JA-Bellatrix.
What I would like is a simple and very clean 3 column template with a lot of white space, no fancy background images. Maybe a template similar to the simple color scheme of the joomlart.com home page. If you look at many of the very popular sites (from cnn.com and other news and information sites to entertainment sites) the more popular ones have very simple designs with a lot of white in the background.
A rework of JA Procyon with the Suckerfish menu in a blue theme would be perfect.
I don't really need to give users a choice of colors but having several color schemes that one can select in the html template would be ideal.
