How to fix width to 200?

Call me stu*id, but I just can't figure out how to make all images have a fixed 200 px width (height may vary, of course)? :confused:

Login to administrator,
Select Components look for JA Submit - Configuration.
Inside there you can set the width and height for upload photo and the MAX files size to upload

I just can't find the correct values to have fixed width 200 and variable height, no matter of photo orientation.
