View Full Version : Answered Problem with login after payment
I get activation e mail and everything is fine now with my member club except I can not download anything :cool: .System probably mix up my club member user name with the user name (elegance) what I use in post above and forbid me to download . Even I am loged as a payed member I get this note when I try to download files :
This location is for paid members only. Join JA Templates Club to download. The following members can download: JA Template Club,Developer,JA Xenia
BTW I can not reach members forum here too .
What to do ??
I lost almost seven hours for nothing today .
Can someone explain me how I can download files ,because this is geting ridicolous .

I use acount arba all the time ,except for the first time when I posted problem in the forum under diferent user name .
Check the picture ,in left corner you will see that I am loged as a club member ,but I still get note : This location is for paid members only. Join JA Templates Club to download. The following members can download: JA Template Club,Developer,JA Xenia
I can not download files nor see private templates forum here ,simply permision system does not recognize me as a paid member .
Is 3.35 after midnight in my time zone and I still trying to figoure how to download templates and files ??:confused:

I am having a similar problem, paid for 1 year using 2CO, and i can't download templates. :(
i've waited it for i few days to see if you need some time to let me in but nothing.

I'm having a similar problem. It's been a couple of hours now since I made my payment via credit card, and I haven't received an acknowledgment or anything regarding membership access. I received my receipt for payment from Google checkout, but that's it. Can someone give an idea on how long this should take to get my login???:>:(

when i loginged in members area it welcomes as Freddy Vasquez! and when i click download club it reconize me as favr12, i don't know if it has to be with the problem.
but istill can't download templates, if you whish reset my account set new user and password i don't care i just need templates.

I paid through Google and received a mail with username and password, but I still can't download. I already mailed this, but got no answer till now, so teherefore I try this entrance.
Please change settings so that I can get to work ?

The above address is incorrect for me. Could that be the problem? I can login with tdill1, but can still not download templates. The correct address for Anthony Dill would be tdill1@cox.net :confused:

I just paid for JaTC and have same problem. No activation just login information and invoice. Profile page recognizes me as paid member but download pages does not. I do not know what the problem is. Please urgent reply.

I was wondering if there was a problem with Google checkout. I paid for a membership using Google checkout earlier in the day and the status says that you received my order and have charged me, but my account hasn't changed from the free membership. Looking at this thread it appears that people have been having problems with the Google checkout.
I have also sent a support email and haven't gotten a response. What's up?

I'm having same issue as everyone else. Paid for the $40 standard club membership through Google Checkout and can't download anything. I've only been waiting about 10 minutes though... just noticed this thread and thought I would say something to hopefully speed up the process if possible.

Hi, I am having the same issue. I signed up a couple of hours ago and bought a 3 month membership through paypal. When I try to download a template it tells me to sign up for membership. I never received an email to activate my account.
