unable to download phplist bridge after successfully subscribing

Hello !

I have paid your subscription and received my id and pasword. I am able to
download templates, but not the PHPLIST bridge extension, which is the
reason I subscribed. I have left several messages through you Contact-us
page, but there has been no answer to this request ove the last 2 weeks.

Could someone please assist in solving the matter !!!

I do not manage to download PHPlist Bridge.

Hi Herve,
You have registered for "JATC Standard Membership - 1 year" package, therefore, you could download and use JA templates. To download PHPlist extension, you need purchase package "PHPlist Brigde".

Thanks for your answer. If I did so, it was by mistake, because the only
thing I want is the PHP bridge. Can I benefit from your special offer :
