HI,

I am thinking about joining, for the sole purpose of using your latest template, ja xenia. Yet, I have heard and confirmed that it has many bugs in it. For instance, I've seen that the left and right modules do not render correctly when the news module is published in either FF or IE. This from a pay JA member!

My first question to you is, why would you release a template that doesn't work?

#2 - I really want JA Xenia, but what assurance do I have that if I join and get it, that it will actually function correctly?

Sorry for the abrasive tone, but your demo looks very good, it is just troubling to me (and I'm somewhat puzzled by it) why your demo can function correctly but the template your give your MEMBERS to download, doesn't.

Please answer my questions directly, and don't give me some generic quote from your faq (as I've seen you do with others).

Thank you and patiently waiting for your response.

Hi Jerry,
Firstly, I must say that the template does work, not only in our demo but in our member sites. This template provides some new features which need some configuration. To make the template work like demo, you must follow the user-guide carefully.

Hello!

Yes there is bugs however the team is working hard at solving them.

Please remember this theme is there new one and so many users use different plugin that it make it hard for it to work correctly.
I could not get the module ja news to work on my site no mater what I do so I move the modult to user 7 and work like a charm without having to change the menu to 0
your welcome to look at http://dndtalk.ca

And for you information if you are thinking of joining only 1 template group this is the one trust me I am member of many and will only re subscribe to this one.
Reason support and the ease of there theme.

Pierre

I would recommend you do join, the templates are appealing and despite the buggy release the crew are moving to reduce them, while the staff don't have the customer support or knowledge like the guys at Project seven. After listening to many requests they are changing direction, they still need to realize that not everyone uses psd formats and photochop but that's another story :)

Become a beta tester for FW 9 its stable and free ! :)

Also for short term work there is a 30 day full trial available from adobe, if you have 3 machines networked like many do and install on each every 29 days gives you roughly 3 months to save$ 299 and buy it  surely a web designe can sell a site for more than $299 ???
