Recently converted to Joomla from PHPNuke, glad I did, not enough layout freedom with Nuke. Thought Joomla was really confusing till I sat down and realized it was very easy.

Currently have 6 sites using Joomla.

Got a pretty good feel of things, next step is to get into tweaking them to make them look exactly like I want.

Yes, Joomla is confusing the first 5-6 hours, after that it is a breeze.

Your times are pretty much right on the money. Thats about how long it took to really figure it out.
