JA Submit broken

At some point, JA submit stopped working for me- when I changed the configurations, and hit "save"- I get a blank screen; and, when I create a link to the component, and go to it from the front end, I get a blank screen. I am using Bellatrix.

Any advice? I tried uninstalling and re-installing- no luck.
