I would also consider removing the Print, PDF and E-Mail links for the most of the content. Except, maybe the individual Settlements, but remove them for the entire page.

I wonder if it may be a problem putting the admin login on the front page. I am guessing with a changed login name and a complex password it should be fine.

You have some apostrophes that shouldn't be there:

"Accident's" ==> should be "Accidents"
"Resource's" ==> should be "Resources"
"Service's" ==> should be "Services"

Also, I would suggest toning down the red a bit, to more of a burgundy. At the bottom it is very stark.
