View Full Version : Paid my $70 and then nothing

It is very frustrating that I have paid for a subscription to this service and am still unable to access it. What is even more frustrating is that I have sent a number of e-mails and received no reply as of yet so am unaware of the situation regarding my account.
An earlier post on this form got me an assurance that my order had been processed but still I have no login details and am unable to download templates.
The templates at Joomla Art look fantastic and I can't wait to start using them so please Let me know whats going on !

I am sorry for replying you late. You transaction has been processed and you could use your current login information (username maria11) to access our download area.

Same thing, i have paid via Google Checkout, and nothing as of yet. Also, You advertise $10 off for using Google Checkout, I didn't notice any discount at all. Ple4ase enable my membership so i can get started. Thank you.

Well that dosent sound logic to me, how the heck should i login if i cant access to my created account?
