Signed up fro membership but still unable to download

I recently paid for a 12 month standard subscription but have still been unable to get access to the download pages. It says on the subscription FAQ that access is ussualy set up within 5 minutes but it has been nearly a day.
Anyone know how long it takes for paid memberships to become active?

Hi,
Just tried to login again and the system still tells me that I do not have any active subscriptions and i am unable to download templates.
Any help would be great
