Change date to Icelandic

Hello,
I have one question concerning how do I change the date to Icelandic format. I have installed the Icelandic language pack and set that to default, but it doesn't change the date, that is the days and date remains English.

This problem is fixed. This had to do with the Locale - had to set it to is_IS
