at fist i'm sorry for my really bad English, but I'll try my best

can anybody tell me,
would it be allowed (as "Free JA Member") use template form "Downloads - JA Free Templates"
for my clients sites ("non profit site" and "profit site").

Not to question your intentions Fazer, but if it is for a for profit site, and you charge them, don't you think your clients deserve to get the best and most suitable template -- and it may not be free?

And, if you charge the non-profit sites, the same thing.

In fact, if I prepare a site for a group, I always make sure that I use the best templates, whether they pay me or not.

Just an opinion.
