What is the difference between the "ja_helio_1.5_quickstart.zip" and the "ja_helio_1.5_telmplate.zip". I installed the "ja_helio_1.5_telmplate.zip", but it looks nothing like the template on the site.

If you install "ja_helio_1.5_telmplate.zip", then you will get plain template (not like on demo page),
If you install "ja_helio_1.5_quickstart.zip" , then you will have template like it is on demo page.

Difference is that first one is just template, and you have to configure it (define and publish modules, content, articles, menu...), the second one, quick start comes with all above already predifined, so it's up to you to choose to keep something or not.
