Please check your FAQ's. I am unable to download old templates up to the point where my membership has expired.

Here's a quote from your FAQ's:
Once my membership is expired, do I have to renew to continue using the templates?

No. You do not have to renew to use the templates on the site you have installed. You are allowed to use the templates which had been released before or during your membership period. However, your account will be marked as unlicensed and you will NOT be able to download new templates or access Customer Support Forums .

If your membership is expired.. you won't be able to download at all, but you will be able to continue to use what you have downloaded. Does that clarify it better?

In this case, "new templates" means any download new to you after your membership expires - which includes previously released templates you hadn't previously downloaded . . . as they would be new downloads to you.
