well, it has been a long time since I first looked at Joomla, and here we go...
just launched social network based on Fagus:

Using:
Joomla 1.0.13
JA_Fagus template, slight changes

and then most exciting thing about it: Community Builder!
Loved the dark template for CB.
Its all open for browsing, so go ahead and check it out.
Besides the CB: Datsogallery, Seyret, MyBlog, Jom_comment, Fireboard.
Groupjive (which I think is too much for now, so I disabled it)

Your suggestions, comments, complaints )), are always welcome!

1 - which SEF component do you use?
2 - why you went for Datso instead of RSGallery? Does Datso create one folder for each member?
3 - Do you use CB Karma plugin for Kpoints?

This kind of social networking integration/configuration is something that JA should seriously consider for a future template - it's been suggested/requested many times.

1. I'm using sh404 SEF- its the only one component I got familiar with, and I like its flexibility. Once its tuned up it works great! knock knock ;-).
2. I installed both of galleries at first and found out that Datso is more stable probably... and its just IMHO, do not take it as a guide...
b. Unfortunately it doesnt, but there is plugin for DatsoGallery so users could create albums and categories under their profile. its found here for 1.6 (http://tukan.ru/index.php?option=com_docman&task=doc_details&gid=1&Itemid=32)(need authorization to download)

3. Yes, it is CBKarma, Im thinking to combine it with forum karma somehow , otherwise its obviously "too much karma" ))
