Add typograhy styles to older templates

Hat's off again on the integration of typography styles into your templates. I have a general question about this feature that I think many of your buyers would be interested in knowing. Can the new typography styles be integrated into the CSS file of your previous Joomlart templates (I use Regulus right now). Looks like parts could simply be cut and pasted from Pollux, and the image files uploaded to the template directory. If the answer is yes, what are the key code lines, and where would they be pasted in the index.php and CSS files?

I see another post on this web site that indicates this is possible and has been done (antoniu1). Can someone please provide us some guidance?
