Paid $70 - can't download templates

I just paid $70 to join, but find that I can't download templates. I performed the following actions:


Logged in.
Went to http://www.joomlart.com/downloads/cat/joomlart_club_templates/ja_avior/ja_avior_extra.html
Then, I saw a message that says:
"This location is for paid members only. Join JA Templates Club to download. The following members can download: JA Template Club,Developer,JA Avior"

I then sent an e-mail to the web master, but didn't receive a response.

Is anyone home?
