Simply want to publish my site on the net

Hi Everyone, I'm looking for a tutorial or the answer to publish my site on the net. I finish building my site, I transfert the joomla100 files into my remote system and by now all the tech from my hosting compagny couldin't help me since he don't know CMS. Can someone please explain me how to proceed to finalyse the last step of my PATH!!!

P.S. This will be my first web site ever and it will be with all your help

Hi Bastian, i'm french and understand english pretty good , what i am telling is that i finish building my wesite with joomla 1.0.11 and want to put it on the internet on my domain name.
