Hello,

Ja_News is changing apostrophe's " ' " to unrecognized characters in TITLE and BODY of article.
on front page of eyachtcharter.com in firefox and IE7

Please advise

I checked using IE7 and all looks okay. You should enter your site in the Site of the Month contest.

Please take a look at the site in FireFox.

You will notice little boxes where the apostophe or comma would go.

Where do I go to submit for site of the month.

I have the same problem, JA-News changes the last character of some of the articles to unrecognized characters (on firefox it is shown as a question mark inside a black rectangle).
I need urgently help on this...

What's your URL? Which template are you using? What version of Joomla are you using?

We have tested and found no problem on special characters like you've mentioned.

Whick font family you are using? And what is your encoding charset?

The font is template's default (font-family: Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif;) and the encoding utf-8 as always

I had the same problem yesterday. In the end, I removed the apostrophes! ;)

I agree with bigrk though, that's got to be a contender in Site of the Month competition!

Sorry kashxo ... I've just removed all the punctuation from my headings! Next time we publish one with the same problem I will leave it published and send you the URL and SuperAdmin password to the site.
