JA Rasite
JoomlArt team is eager to announce the stable version of our Jan 2010 Joomla! template JA Rasite. Extended time devoting for thorough tuning of this concept gave us space to diversify meaningful functionalities and color variations.
JA Slideshow module revamped was re-engineered to escalate the ease of use and enhance loading content items from either articles or image folder. With rich slide effects, it loads description layer and main navigator into different positions, auto-resize/crop image by default (if enabled). Articles inside the slideshow are linkable and particularly, able to display orginal image with its own (or any different) thumbnail.
Another handy upgrade stays in JA Mega Menurevamped, a new tab called Parmeters (JA Extended) is added into each menu item configuration panel, thus makes menu management tasks easier.
Not just upgrades in function aspect, many backgrounds and colors grouped into light and dark layout options, 4 themes for light version, 5 for dark, plus 3 other bonus will make it easy for you to tweak JA Rasite to your own tastes. |

JA Kyanite
It’s no secret that users prefer faster Joomla! sites. At a wide variety of practical approach for light-weight pages, JoomlArt selects a technique named CSS Sprites for our October template - JA Kyanite, hoping a pretty huge improvement in time spent loading sites. Not only in typo, CSS Sprites is widely used in menu, modules as well.
The idea behind CSS Sprites is pretty simple where a big graphic is fetched into memory, then parts of that image get displayed. This technique efficiently reduces the number of HTTP requests and overall images' size. We see this as one of the best ways to go in terms of page loads.
In JA Kyanite, you also run across JA Mega menu as another small piece of utility enhancing rich user experience aspects. To closely explore the menu scalability, viewing different instances of the mega menu in JA Purity IIFree, JA Hailite and JA Teline III is highly recommended.
It is worth to remind you more features in JA Kyanite , i.e. Right-to-Left (RTL) language support, handheld screen compatibility as well as JA modules JA Twitter, JA Slideshows. You want to find out more? Please go to our Live demo! |

JA Teline III
JA Teline III goes live now! This is JoomlArt's special August template, the very first concept under our new 1-template-per-month plan. Why can JA Teline III turn your Joomla site a to a new high?
In web development, we face a common problem to balance multi features (themes, modules position, extra extensions) vs. smarter code and faster speed! We struggled around to address a way out and found an exciting solution in our new Joomla template frameworkNew, a vibrant framework supporting multi layouts + multi modules, blocks; iphone& handheld support, 100% div, span-based!
JA Teline III adopts such new stuff, and from this perspective it differs much from its sister JA Teline, JA Teline II which still based on popular single layout so far.
