JA announces release of JA Kyanite (demo released) and JM Seleni (Magento Club Release).

AS you may also have observed, both the sites JA Voice and JA Job Board, have been defaced 3 times in the last 2 weeks. The reason? The Demo sites running on the same server allows superadmin login access to backend, which allows to edit layout files (CSS & Templates) in backend. Therefore, hacker can edit those php files and insert injection code. This made both the sites quite prone to hacking attempts. That's what has been happening for the past 2 weeks.
We have initiated the corrective measures to segregate the demo sites and will soon move these 2 sites onto separate servers and both the sites are functioning normally. If need comes, we may release updated versions of both the components. If you are running a JA Voice or JA Job Board site, make sure, the permissions to edit files in the backend is restricted to someone you trust only. As on now, the component is not vulnerable and do not pose any threat.
Joomla sites are getting hacked all around the globe, but for many other reasons too. One need to secure his Joomla installation and components and keep them updated to the latest version.

It gives me great pleasure to announce JA Purity II, released under GPL license. The demo is released herewith, beta release will be followed in the coming few days. We have made lots and lots of improvement. First was to shift the Purity to T3 framework, which enables multi-layouts, performance boost and native ipone / handheld device support.
With JA Purity II, we are introducing All new JA Mega Menu, which supports multi-columns and ability to load almost anything in the menu items. It does have slight learning curve, therefore, we have made video tutorials and detailed userguide to help in understanding its usage.
CSS sprites have been used, starting with Typography images (check the typo.css file for details and one of the CSS Sprite image, this image alone results in reduction of HTTP requests by 15). Read more about CSS Sprites here.
Right to left language support is also implemented in this version. Demo will be updated with this, in the coming 2-3 days

It gives me pleasure to announce the release of two bonus Joomla templates for JATC members. The templates are JA Mesolite II and JA Zeolite II, which are totally rewritten and now running on T3 Framework. Links for their demo and forums are given below. Both the bonus templates as on the release date (today) supports Viruemart Version 1.1.4.
